Cancellation/Amendment
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please be sure of your choice before ordering as any order cancellations or changes will be rejected. All orders are immediately transmitted to the warehouse and shipped immediately. Therefore it is not possible to modify the order once it has been placed.
Re-shipment
In the event that the customer had provided an incomplete or incorrect departure address, he will have to pay additional handling costs to re-route the package.
Return of parcels
Due to the nature of our products and as a hygiene/health measure, returns are not accepted.
